GRAPE VARIETIES:
Red Grenache (62%), Carignan (28%) and Cabernet sauvignon (10%)
TERROIR:
Granitic soil.
VINEYARDS:
Between 22 and 62 years.
HARVEST:
Manual in small boxes. Selection in the vineyard and in the cellar.
ELABORATION:
Fermentation for 10 days at 27ºC. Macerated for 28 days pumped over twice a day. No clarification and  no filtration
AGEING:
15 months in new French oak barrels.
ALCOHOL CONTENT:
15,00 % Vol.
PRESENTATION:
Case of 6 bottles

3.374 bottles.
