GRAPE VARIETIES:
Red Grenache (43%), Merlot (30%) and Cabernet sauvignon (14%).
TERROIR:
Granitic soil.
VINEYARDS:
Between 15 and 25 years.
HARVEST:
Manual in small boxes. Selection in the vineyard.
ELABORATION:
Fermentation for 10 days at 27ºC. Macerated for 26 days pumped over twice a day. Light clarification and filtration
AGEING:
10 months in French oak barrels.
ALCOHOL CONTENT:
15,50 % Vol.
PRESENTATION:
