GRAPE VARIETIES:
Red Grenache (43%), Cabernet sauvignon (30%) and Carignan (27%).
TERROIR:
Granitic soil.
VINEYARDS:
Between 8 and 23 years.
HARVEST:
Manual in small boxes. Selection in the vineyard.
ELABORATION:
Fermentation for 10 days at 27ºC. Macerated for 23 days pumped over twice a day. Light clarification and filtration
AGEING:
6 months in French oak barrels.
ALCOHOL CONTENT:
15,00 % Vol.
PRESENTATION:
