GRAPE VARIETIES:
100% Carignan.
TERROIR:
Granitic soil.
VINEYARDS:
La Closa (1973).
HARVEST:
Manual in small boxes. Selection in the vineyard and in the cellar.
ELABORATION:
Fermentation for 13 days at 23ºC. Maceration for 28 days with 5 pigeages a day. No clarified and filtered.
AGEING:
20 months in French oak barrels (500 liters).
ALCOHOL CONTENT:
15,50 % Vol.
PRESENTATION:
Case of 3 bottles
